Terms of use

A web app for tracking workouts, food and macros, body measurements, progress photos, goals, habits and daily routines, with optional AI help for estimates and suggestions. It is general fitness guidance and a record of what you choose to log.

Nothing in FitRetro — the warm-up and cooldown guide, macro targets, meal and workout suggestions, the daily read, or any AI estimate — is medical, nutritional or professional advice, and none of it is tailored to your health. AI estimates of calories and macros can be wrong; check anything you rely on. Stay within a comfortable range, stop if something hurts, and talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet, training, supplements or anything you take.

• You must be at least 18 to create an account, and the information you enter must be about you.
• Keep your password private. What happens under your login is your responsibility until you tell us it was not you; Settings › Security signs out every device.
• One person per account. Do not share it, sell it, or use it to attack or overload the service.

• Membership is $8 per month, billed through Stripe.
• First-time subscribers get 7 days free. A card is added at checkout and nothing is charged during the trial; when it ends the membership renews automatically at $8/month until you cancel. The trial is once per person.
• A printed sticker offer (a free first month) is applied automatically at checkout when you arrive through its link; offers do not stack.
• Cancel any time from Settings › Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Paid months are not refunded when you cancel part-way through, except where the law requires it or we made a mistake — in which case use the Feedback page while logged in and we will put it right.
• Prices can change; you will be told by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

What you log is yours. You give FitRetro permission to store it, show it back to you, and — only when you use an AI feature — send the relevant text or image to the AI provider to produce the result. You can edit or delete entries and photos at any time, and you can delete your account and all its data from Settings › Account. Do not upload content you do not have the right to, or anything unlawful.

FitRetro is provided as it is, and features can be added, changed or removed. We aim to keep it up and your data safe, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable or that nothing will ever be lost — keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid for membership in the three months before the problem.

You can stop using FitRetro and delete your account from Settings › Account at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms or that is used to harm the service or other members; if we do, any paid time left is refunded.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes, and material changes are announced by email before they apply. Questions: use the Feedback page while logged in.
